As a car shopper we truly do not enjoy purchasing a car. To my wife and I it is the last thing we want to do. However, we were in the market to purchase a car and we had to choose between a RAV4 and a Honda To my wife and I it is the last thing we want to do. My first contact at this dealership was with Chris Davis. We explained to him we were just starting our search and were not dead set on any make or model yet, but just wanted to test drive a couple with good We explained to him we were just starting our search and were not dead set on any make or model yet, but just wanted to test drive a couple with good gas mileage. Chris was great to deal with because he was low-key and informative, he didn't make us feel pressured to buy, and he kept in contact even after a few weeks of us not being back into the dealer (but not in an overly aggressive way like some dealers). Once we made it back in, it was to test drive a prius rather than a corolla this time, however Chris was out of the office for about an hour, and he had Alain show us the prius and take it out for a test drive. Alain was just as great as Chris, not overly pressuring but informative especially about all of the neat things on the prius. Again, we decided to wait to buy, but came back in a week later and met with a friend of a friend (Pat and Jacob). Pat and Jacob were beyond phenomenal and accommodating to us and our needs. Jacob was very professional, and waiting for us outside right when we got to the dealer. He wasted no time beating around the bush, and immediately got Pat the GM in order for him to offer us the best price. Overall, the experience was incredible and the staff we worked with went above and beyond what we expected of them. These four gentleman are representative of the Toyota of Naperville dealership, and I am confident in giving my recommendation to anyone to go there if they are looking for a car. More
