Everyone from Internet sales manager (shannon) to sales associate (Chris Davis) and finally to Mr. finance manager on the floor Friday 07/26/13 were disappointing. These individuals with the exception of Chris Davis misrepresented themselves and flat out lied. And the worst part of all after I sat at the desk with Mr. Manager looking at the email of the agreed price he talked down to my wife and I asking what do we not understand read whats on the screen/paper. Terrible experience and I will never walk in there again. We bought from Elmhurst and the experience was much better and more professional. I got an apology from Chris however he still blames, mis-communication. Chris it was mis-representation and that voice mail just irritated me even more. You folks dropped the ball and that's that! We agreed on a price and it was clear but you thought the bait and switch was the way to go, boy where you wrong. Some advice you may have had a chance if Mr. Manager (the jerk that he was) didn't treat us with disrespect and arrogance. He is the reason why I went to Elmhurst. That and the fact that Shannon mis-represented herself and quoted a price she couldn't honor.
