Reilly made me buy the extended warranty with his convincing sales talking... that I actually wanted. She took the time to listen to my needs and in a friendly manner provided logical recommendations for me to consider. The financing process was painless and within a very short period of time we found the perfect car for me. The signing process was well organized and handled by an efficient staff. We really enjoyed working with our Salesman Jose Rivera. He was polite, not pushy and although he was very busy with existing customers, when he was with us, we had his full attention. I also liked that when he didn't have an answer, he didn't make one up. There was excessive grime in the engine even after being cleaned and he simply replied he didn't know what it would be. I respect that. He offered us an extended test drive so we could take the vehicle for an inspection, which was very helpful. However, once the purchase decision was made and amount agreed to, it took way to long (1hr) to complete the paperwork and everyone else we worked with wasn't as personable as Jose.
