Overall very pleasant experience. Mike Beck was very easy to work with and gave us all of his attention throughout the purchase process. The rest of the management team were very prof Mike Beck was very easy to work with and gave us all of his attention throughout the purchase process. The rest of the management team were very professional with no pressure or hard sells. The entire purchase process from walking in to driving out with our new Prius was about 1 hour and 15 minutes, although we did not finance our purchase or have a trade in. I'm very pleased with how quickly this went. I would not hesitate to purchase another new vehicle from Toyota of Naperville. More

Our salesperson Ron was great. The dealership was super responsive to my internet inquiries… that’s actually what got me in the door. Offer dealers were aloof at best. The pressure to upsell extended warranty and service contracts was predictable but annoying. It took me four firm “no’s” to get them to stop and move on.
