His recommendations were right on point and after test driving, I went with a certified Corolla. After that, I had a chance to sit down with Tim and he was more than accommodating to my financial needs. Seek out Tom Clancy One of my very least liked things to do is to buy a car. I mostly feel taken advantage of and delayed in trying to get out of the dealership. The person I dealt with at Toyota of Naperville was Tom Clancy. Tom let me explain what I wanted and most importantly, what I didn't want. He not only executed well, but did so without making me feel pressured to take on more add-ons or to take a vehicle I didn't want. He made sure to let me know what inventory he was expecting and was willing to be patient and wait for what I wanted instead of taking what was on the lot. As for pricing, while I don't think I paid the lowest price in the country, I feel like I paid a fair price. He made the day-of transaction quick and painless. The vehicle was ready to go and in perfect condition. We just passed the 200,000 mile mark on our other Toyota, and look forward to the years ahead with this new vehicle.
