Awesome customer service Went to Toyota of Naperville for service on a vehicle I bought for my wife 12 weeks ago. Wife recently told be the steering wheel vibrates when she b Went to Toyota of Naperville for service on a vehicle I bought for my wife 12 weeks ago. Wife recently told be the steering wheel vibrates when she brakes at high speeds. Brought the vehicle into service and spoke with Kelsey and Rob. Both honored the used car warranty and four new rotors were replaced on the vehicle. Kelsey even made sure I had a loaner vehicle to use for a few hours, as I had several errands to run that day. Both Kelsey and Rob were fantastic to deal with and I will recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
