Super Quick and Accomodating Before we came to Toyota of Naperville, we were burned by a deal that was “Too Good to Be True.” So at that point, we were pretty wary and just wante Before we came to Toyota of Naperville, we were burned by a deal that was “Too Good to Be True.” So at that point, we were pretty wary and just wanted to get into a car that was dependable enough to go the distance for our city driver. Here we met Meraj Ahmed, who was extremely helpful in helping us find something in our price point. I had made it clear that I really wanted to be under a certain point for monthly payments. Meraj and the finance manager Tim helped us get into a great car! Within an hour we ended up rolling away in a dark blue Toyota Corolla! Together they helped us with pricing and trade in value to get us to the price point that fit into our budget. We discovered a few issues after taking the car home, and are happy that Meraj and the dealership will be helping us with getting this issue resolved within a week. (4/5 Stars) Alain Vilma was a good sales person. He was eager to help, easy to work with, and followed up between visits as I looked at multiple models. Removed one star because of some unprofessional impatient actions towards other customers while on a test drive. More
