Quick In-and-Out Car Purchase Car was totaled and knew we were going to need a replacement car. Had been noticing the sharp new design of the 2018 Camry's and knew going in that's Car was totaled and knew we were going to need a replacement car. Had been noticing the sharp new design of the 2018 Camry's and knew going in that's what we wanted (we were still open to certified pre-owned or new). Also knew going in what price point we wanted based on what we wanted our monthly payments to be and the kind of down payment we could make. We were leaning toward getting a new car because of a special the dealership was running on new 2018's, offering 0.9% interest financing. We went in on a Saturday morning and upon walking in to the dealership, it was very awkward and intimidating because there were about 15 sales people all standing there just looking at us and not saying anything. Finally, just walked up to one of them and shook their hand and was led to their desk (sales person was Jacob Basathia). Began explaining what we were looking for and quickly determined they did not have any 2018 Camry's in the color we wanted. Jacob first tried to convince us that we would like the colors of the 2018 Camry's that they did have on the lot (which we did not). Jacob then proceeded to show us a 2019 Camry in the color we wanted but no longer offering the 0.9% financing because that was only for the new 2018's (sales promotion to sell the remaining 2018's off the lot so that they can be fully phased in to selling 2019's). Knowing that a 2019 would put us over our monthly payments, we insisted that it would have to be a 2018. Jacob continued to insist that we should consider the 2019. One of the finance managers (Bill Cranley) got involved at this point and, seeing that we were about to leave to see if any of the Toyota dealerships from the surrounding areas had the 2018 Camry in the color we wanted, had us sit down while he worked with the management to check the inventory system to see if any of the surrounding dealerships had the color we wanted. He came back and said they could get the car we wanted in the color we wanted and he gave us the price they could offer (taking a thousand off invoice to make the deal with us). At that point we agreed to pay the $500 down payment to show we were serious and for them to bring the car. Bill understood our needs and our price point and he got us to the price we needed in order to stay at our monthly budget. In our minds, he made the sale on this car. Jacob ran our credit and hurried us out the door, assuring us the car would arrive on Monday and that we could complete the remaining paperwork and financing on Monday. From start to finish we had probably been at the dealership for about 2 and a half hours. Considering we did not even go on a test drive, this whole process could have probably been done in about an hour. On Monday, we walked in looked at the car, began filling out paperwork, sat through the protection plan sales pitch, signed the financing paperwork and payed the down payment. Upon completing the last signatures, the finance manager called Jacob on the radio to meet us and walked us out to the car. We stood there for about 5 minutes and when no one came out to send us off with our new car we walked back inside to make sure it was ok for us to leave now. Jacob was on the phone and told us one minute and then walked us back out to the car. We asked if anyone would be showing us how to use the controls and show us how the car works (both my wife and I have older cars with very simple controls) and he assured us that it was all very intuitive. In summary, Bill Cranley did an awesome job and he got us in the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Jacob did not seem to take an interest in our needs or what we were looking for and did not did not adjust his sales approach according to what it was we were communicating that we were looking for. More

Very Good When my sister and I cam in 2 weeks ago I was greeted by a very friendly man named Peter Murray, and then a very nice lady named Barbara Aceto ca When my sister and I cam in 2 weeks ago I was greeted by a very friendly man named Peter Murray, and then a very nice lady named Barbara Aceto came to the desk where my sister and I were sitting in a chair and my older sister mentioned what we were looking for and were going over the price.Then I went for a test drive with my sister and Barbara, Was very interested in the 2018 RAV4 LE. I had owned a 2003 Rav4 and had it for 15years and I was interested in buying another Rav4. Well when my sister and I came back from the test drive the one I was looking for just came in and I was so happy about that. This past Sat. my sister and brother-in law came in from out of town and went with me to trade my 2003 carfor the 2018 rav4. Well Peterwent the extra mile because we were suppose to have something on the Rav4 and had it deliverd and he drove the car to where it needed to be taken care of. I was so excited it was done on the day I purchased my new car. I feel both Barbra went the extra mile for me.I would definelty go to them to buy a car.The finance lady was also very helpful if I forgot anyone I am sorry. More

It was an excellent service Great place with great people. Meraj was the first who welcomed me to the totyota house. Without any xx he gave me good deal with reasonable price.
