New car in a crunch I ran into a situation where my old SUV was getting too expensive to maintain and I was beginning to look for a replacement. Then the SUV stopped run I ran into a situation where my old SUV was getting too expensive to maintain and I was beginning to look for a replacement. Then the SUV stopped running and i had to get a new car within a day. With only a little review work on my part, I relied on the expertise of the sales people at Toyota of Naperville to help me fill in what I needed to know to make a wise decision. I started with Adam to get the parameters of what I was looking for and got it down to two models: Rav4 or Camry, dependent on what I would decide my actual need was. He answered my questions and made excellent suggestion. When the SUV suddenly stopped running two days later I followed up with Erick Heinz. He was ready to address my concerns and with my transition to the Camry. He was willing to give the extra effort to answer questions, point out little things that might be missed, etc. I was very grateful to both Adam and Erick for their assistance. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to having it for quite a while. More
