Making my purchase a top notch, first rate, classy experience was the pleasure of meeting both Sherri and Stephen Pacchiano. Sherri, as business manager, took me through various options I could purchase from warranty to tires. I was impressed with her professionalism and acumen. She did not push me or make me feel uncomfortable but explained each option thoroughly and when I passed, simply moved on to the next option. By coincidence, I met her brother 2 days later when I brought my Toyota in for an exterior/interior package I had purchased. While there I noticed a crack in the rear bumper and the service clerk introduced me to Stephen Pacchiano to determine what could be done to fix it. Again, I was impressed by the professionalism. No arguments, no hassle, Mr. Pacchiano owned the defect and said it should have been fixed before the sale and told me they would take care of it and I could use a loaner car for the time my car was at the dealership. They make a great product like Toyota shine even brighter by treating a customer as a human being instead of a dollar sign. I will be directing all my friends to this dealership and I would not hesitate to buy from Toyota of Naperville again. More
