Everything was excellent except for the gentleman who appraised my car and questioned my credit rating; his demeanor made me feel very nervous and I certainly hope he knows his craft. Just because I am a widow, a grandmother of three, a mother and mother-in-law, a longtime Chicago professional musician who has and is performing regularly in Naperville and all of Chicago. I know about cars and car dealerships. My late husband (before we met) was a pit crew mechanic for race car drivers. Need I say more. Only one of your employees made me feel sad. Jeff was amazing and I can’t find words enough good adjectives to describe his patience and kindness. My brother (Viet-nam) vet and his wife are still driving their Toyota truck! They’ve owned it for over 20 years!! Thank you, Toyota of Naperville. I don’t know if another Toyota appraiser would have made a different appraisal at a different Toyota dealership?
