We are relocating from the Chicago area to Murray and our old truck needed to be replaced. We visited two huge Toyota Dealers in the Chicago area and spent considerable time researching the Tacoma and tes old truck needed to be replaced. We visited two huge Toyota Dealers in the Chicago area and spent considerable time researching the Tacoma and test drives. We were very specific in person, email and calls about the color, style and features we wanted. After two weeks both dealers failed to source the Tacoma we requested and neither dealer would tell us the cost. Both dealers quoted the MSRP or dealer invoice cost. UGH. We were eventually told by one dealer that we would have to order a 2012. We contacted Toyota of Murray initially through the internet and they responded quickly. There was a follow up telephone call with the specifics. Within 1 1/2 HOURS we were sent in email with a sticker sheet for the truck we requested and the actual selling price for the truck. The truck could be transported from another dealer in two days and be available. Unfortunately travel delays on our part were a week away and the truck was sold. A week later we did travel to Murray to work on our new home and met with Toyota of Murray and they source a second truck and we closed the deal. Toyota of Murray transported the truck. added the features we requested and held it for our next trip to Murray. They are amazing. A dealer in a small town can out perform TWO dealerships in Chicago with exceptional service, finding the truck we wanted at a fair price before we even met with them. If you are in the market for a Toyota you can not beat the service and value at Toyota of Murray. More

If you want a salesperson with a friendly smile and someone who will work hard to please you then stop in at Dwain Taylor (Toyota of Murray). You will get a good quality product and ask for Mr. Jeff Taylor a.k.a. "the boy from tennessee". My family and I highly recommend it. More
When I arrived at the Dwain Taylor Toyota dealership, Mr Crouch came right out to see if he could help me. He was very courteous and listened to what I had in mind to purchase. He let me try out a Rav4 and a Highlander to compare the ride and handling. He worked with me on the price so I felt I got a good deal. And the ladies in financing were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend the Toyota of Murray dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. And I recommend dealing with Brock Crouch. He is a very good salesperson. More
I was looking to buy a new or low-mileage pre-owned vehicle. Nick Ryan was a friendly and helpful sales representative. After test driving two vehicles there, I told him that I wanted to check some other vehicles elsewhere before making a decision. He did not pressure me in any way. When I returned the next morning, having decided to purchase a new Toyota Corolla, he gave me a good price, was helpful in all of the paperwork and procedures, and contacted me again a couple days later making sure I was happy with everything about my new car and the experience there. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Murray and Nick Ryan. More
We just drove on the lot to look at used cars. Thurmon came out and introduced himself and was very nice and not pushy at all. I came in out of the blue with no appointment. Thurman came out and greeted my fiance and I and answered my initial questions. We then took it for a test drive and loved it! When we came back, we began negotiating with Thurman. He was also dealing with another customer at the time and was very good at multi tasking between us. I never once felt out of place, or insignificant while at the dealership. Thurman has an awesome sense of humor and put me at ease immediately. We were able to negotiate a price and close the deal. About an hour later I came back and picked up my SUV and I was on my way. The whole think only took about 2 hours total. I never felt like I was a target or a "potential sale" or just another customer. He made sure I was at ease and comfortable with the whole process. We purchased a new 2011 Toyota Venza. We traded in a 2005 Lexus, and we feel we received a good price on our trade in based on KBB rating value. The final price we paid was very close to Consumer Reports sug Lexus, and we feel we received a good price on our trade in based on KBB rating value. The final price we paid was very close to Consumer Reports suggested pricing. The sales person, Truman Foster was very helpful, in seeing that additional options we wanted were installed and notifing us of the progress. The Venza was ready to be picked up at the preagreed time. I would recommend the dealership, and I would purchase from them again. More
