I've owned nothing but Toyota vehicles for 20+ years and my most recent service experience at this dealership severely damaged my opinion of the brand. We purchased a used 2018 Sienna minivan with 14k mile my most recent service experience at this dealership severely damaged my opinion of the brand. We purchased a used 2018 Sienna minivan with 14k miles from them in November 2019. We received a recall notice in June 2020 so we promptly scheduled an appointment to get it addressed. While we had it in we asked that they look at the glove box door which annoyingly would sag open every other day regardless of how it was closed. The vehicle had 31k miles at this time so we had every expectation any repair would be covered under warranty. They efficiently tended to the recall repair but told us we needed to slam the glove box door harder to keep it from sagging back open. I told them this was not an acceptable answer and they encouraged me to call corporate customer service because they wouldn't do anything for me. Subsequently with the assistance of corporate we ended up making 6 more trips back to the dealership over which time they changed their story claiming we had somehow warped the face of the door. Furthermore I was told warranty does not cover any item that shows wear. Mind you the door showed no signs of wear other than some light surface scratches that were on it when we purchased it. In the end, with the assistance of corporate, we got the glove box door replaced but this was an excruciatingly difficult experience and I would strongly discourage anyone from using this dealership if you have another option. More
