We were there to test drive a Toyota RAV4 to decide on purchasing. He was helpful, answered all our questions and even brought a RAV4 to the front on this very hot day for us to test drive.. Jim was awesome and very much a people person so glad he was waiting on us...We have owned several Toyota vehicles in our life time but this RAV4 seemed to be the best choice.. The Toyota of Murfreesboro facility was very nice and the employees were very customer oriented.. They missed diagnosing a broken strut when my son's car was taken there with a broken rim from a pot hole. Also, they claimed he needed to order new bolts for the alignment to be correct, because the current ones were "frozen" (6 month old car) We took it to another dealer. Had alignment done in 30 minutes no new bolts. They told us bolts were not frozen, and it should have been fixed correctly the first time. They were either trying to over charge or ignorant. Do not trust them! More
