Matt was very personal he listened to what we had to say and tried very hard to get us the best deal possible. Tundra Purchase I'd checked with several dealers but couldn't find the model or actually the sticker I was looking for until dropped in to Toyota of Murfreesboro. T I'd checked with several dealers but couldn't find the model or actually the sticker I was looking for until dropped in to Toyota of Murfreesboro. That day I just walked around the lot. No one bothered me. Okay it was a hot day -- maybe that had something to do with it. When I went back I met with Ron B. who showed me what was available in my range. He was very help and we were able to deal. Doug B. helped with the financing and got us out as quickly as anyone ever has. I have to take the Tundra in next week for in protectant application so I'm just a rookie customer at this point More
Horrible Service Department I was having an issue with the radio retaining the bass/midrange/treble levels. I took my Highlander in to have them look at it in March. From there i I was having an issue with the radio retaining the bass/midrange/treble levels. I took my Highlander in to have them look at it in March. From there it was almost every week for them to try something else. They kept my car for a solid week twice. They also kept it for two weekends. I showed them where I contacted the manufacturer of JBL and he emailed me saying it was a known problem and JBL set up an exchange program to correct this issue with the bad amplifier. They refused to contact him or JBL and said we would need to wait another month or two for their regional service rep to come in town. So after waiting all this time, my warranty company told me to take it to another dealership. I went in there and had the amplifier replaced after inspection. It was a total of 3 hours. Here I had wasted months with Toyota of Murfreesboro. I had called the service manager 20 times and left messages every time because he was too busy to talk to me. I still have not heard a single word from him. I sent him emails and never received a reply. The only time I could get any response was when I filed a complaint with the BBB. I will never use the again! More
