He did a good job and never pressured us. My only issue was the bed liner. I really wanted a spray-in bed liner but ended up with a plastic drop in one instead. Had I caught it early it would have been a deal breaker. When I mentioned it to Gus it really didn't go any wheres. I would have been happy with the dealership offering s 50/50 cost split at dealers price. It's bad enough that one can't really decide how a truck is equipped once it's at the dealership, like having to accept a rear sliding window and the cost associated with it when I really just want a plain glass back window. I think dealerships (Toyota) should offer more solutions to these sorts of problems and less"well that's just the way they come" responses. More
