Horrible Several misleading statements by the salesman. First was the fact the description of the car on the website stated they could add navigation to any n Several misleading statements by the salesman. First was the fact the description of the car on the website stated they could add navigation to any new Toyota. When we ask the salesman, he said "yeah, no problem". Later he explained that he could only install the navigation by removing the back up camera. When we didn't want to do that, he said it would matter because all new Toyotas could download the entune app and you could use navigation that way. After the sell we tried downloading entune only to find out that the Prius 2 was not capable of doing that. When I called to complain about the misleading statement from the salesman, they simply wanted us to come in and trade up to a Prius 3....of course because its more expensive. Second, the salesman talked to us about Perma Plate. His statement was that it covered anything and everything inside and out....including the swirl marks that tend to show on black vehicles. Turns out....that is not true. Its obvious that either the salesman knows nothing about the vehicles he is selling or he simply says what you want to hear whether its true or not. When we talked to management about the lies, they take up for the salesman by saying "well, I wasn't part of the conversation with you and the salesman". Really? I'm the customer. I'm complaining and no one and I mean no one will take up for me and say "we apologize sir, what can we do to make this right". Its unbelievable. Horrible sales department. All I can say. Horrible. Definetly would not recommend. More

Highest Quaility people of Toyota My wife and I had been looking for a new car for her since we have retired from working. One of our daughters has a 4 Runner that she loves. Drove the 4 Runner and as we started asking about the safety features, we found that some of what was important to us we not available on that model. Sales person suggested the Highlander with all the features we wanted and more. Sorry to say that we were not able to trade with that particular dealer. Later on that same week, we were in Murfressboro for our Grand kids ball games. We asked where the Toyota dealer was and they showed us to it. Bill Little meet us in the parking lot while we were looking with his small umbrella, it was raining. We all went to the lobby and Bill asked what were the features we wanted on it and we said all of them. He looked for the car they said they had "Limited Platinum" after about 30 minutes we were taken to the car. We loved it, it had all the correct colors and safety features were wanted. It had just been unloaded off the truck. Bill had the car brought up to the service area and we all looked it over and fell in love with it. Dealing with Tosh and Bill was one of the best experiences of my life in buying a car. It's usually an all day venture for me. Less than 30 minutes back and forth, we agreed upon a price. At financing desk i feel we got the deal of a lifetime. We upgraded the warranty and Maintenance Packages to 7 years or 100K miles. This was a great deal because i should have to touch the car for 7 years. All and all, it was the best experience i have ever had in buying a car. We are so impressed with this car. It has more safety features on it than you could imagine. All the people at Murfressboro Toyota gets a 110% check mark in my book of place to deal with. Thank you, to all of Toyota of Murfreessboro. I came to the dealership for routine scheduled preventative maintenance. Mr. Parker carefully reviewed the mechanic's ibnspection report with me and advised me on future maintenance needs. More
excellent service department Took my 2016 Toyota Tacoma in for regular service and technician discovered an oil leak coming from the front engine cover seal. My service advisor Kristopher thoroughly explained the problem and time involved of a few days to repair. I was then given another Tacoma as a loaner to drive. This was on a Wednesday afternoon and I was notified on Friday afternoon that my truck was ready. Point is they told me about the problem instead of ignoring it and they got right on it to get my truck back to me quickly. Honesty and awesome repair time with professional people is outstanding service and I appreciate it. More
