Great Service Experience I recently purchased a new HIghlander Hybrid from Toyota of Murfreesboro and it’s time for my 5K service. I made an early appointment for the followin I recently purchased a new HIghlander Hybrid from Toyota of Murfreesboro and it’s time for my 5K service. I made an early appointment for the following morning. Drake greeted with a smiling face and I received a free coffee from the cafe’. Drake brought my vehicle out front and went over in detail what was performed in service. I was impressed with how quickly the work was performed. 5 Stars to Drake and Toyota of Murfreesboro! More

Paul and Toyota took care of me I was having trouble with my doors and they had been fixed the year before, was having the problem a couple weeks before I could get my car to the Toy I was having trouble with my doors and they had been fixed the year before, was having the problem a couple weeks before I could get my car to the Toyota Shop unfortunately my warranty had expired the week before I got my car in. I was pretty upset when Paul Smith told me that unfortunately it would not be covered. My service guy Paul talked to his manger to see if they could take care of it since it was less than a week that my warranty had expired but was told no that was the policy. Paul was very sweet and I felt that he really cared about my problem but was just unable to help. I decided to email Toyota directly to let them know I was upset about this issue. Toyota called me back the next day to talk about my concerns, after I spoke with them, they called me the next day to tell me they were going to take care of my door locks and I could not be more satisfied with the quick response from Toyota and them doing the right thing by fixing my car. Paul called me that day to set up an appointment to get my car back in to get fixed, I felt like he was excited that Toyota was going to fix my car. Paul and Toyota turned this into a great experience. I appreciate this problem being taking care of so quick. Paul was great and I will be back! More

Horrible Several misleading statements by the salesman. First was the fact the description of the car on the website stated they could add navigation to any n Several misleading statements by the salesman. First was the fact the description of the car on the website stated they could add navigation to any new Toyota. When we ask the salesman, he said "yeah, no problem". Later he explained that he could only install the navigation by removing the back up camera. When we didn't want to do that, he said it would matter because all new Toyotas could download the entune app and you could use navigation that way. After the sell we tried downloading entune only to find out that the Prius 2 was not capable of doing that. When I called to complain about the misleading statement from the salesman, they simply wanted us to come in and trade up to a Prius 3....of course because its more expensive. Second, the salesman talked to us about Perma Plate. His statement was that it covered anything and everything inside and out....including the swirl marks that tend to show on black vehicles. Turns out....that is not true. Its obvious that either the salesman knows nothing about the vehicles he is selling or he simply says what you want to hear whether its true or not. When we talked to management about the lies, they take up for the salesman by saying "well, I wasn't part of the conversation with you and the salesman". Really? I'm the customer. I'm complaining and no one and I mean no one will take up for me and say "we apologize sir, what can we do to make this right". Its unbelievable. Horrible sales department. All I can say. Horrible. Definetly would not recommend. More
