Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty is a joke Buying a car from Toyota of Murfreesboro has been the worst purchasing decision I have made in my life. I purchased a used Subaru Outback from them in Buying a car from Toyota of Murfreesboro has been the worst purchasing decision I have made in my life. I purchased a used Subaru Outback from them in March and it died as I was driving it home on the interstate. It took them over a month to finally fix what was wrong with the car and still tried to give it back to me with the tire sensors not working properly. Two months later my check engine light came on and I called the service department because my car was covered by their Lifetime Limited Powertain Warranty (which I have found out means nothing). The service tech said he had to check with a manger and never called me back. I ended up shelling out over $500 to fix the car on my own dime this time. Another two months has passed and my car stalled on the road again and I had it towed to my mechanic. He diagnosed the issue as a transmission problem and I called the service department at Toyota of Murfreesboro again. The tech I spoke with informed me that I did not have a Powertrain Warranty even though I had the paperwork sitting in front of me. He said he would check with a manager and once again I was not called back. I have contacted the General Manager Charlene Coleman directly who has also ignored my calls. Learn a lesson from me and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will not stand behind their warranty and their service department is completely inept at fixing anything beyond a flat tire and even then I would be suspicious. More

Outstanding customer service! I called early on a Friday morning for my 10,000 mile service. They had no appointments open but was able to get me in as a walk in. I dropped off at 9:00 and asked if it was possible to get it back by 2:00. At 1:30 they were calling me to let me know it would be ready at 2:00. Never had I actually had a dealership service do what they said they would do. VERY PLEASED! More
I had a great salesman 1 year ago. I had my 15,000 service done for free and I had my drivers seat had a cracking and popping sound on my 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4. And the service advisor I believe his name was Brian was great, treated me with respect. He agreed with me on my driver's seat issue and ordered a new seat frame to fix the problem. Great quick service visit I returned to Toyota of Murfreesboro for my 55K maintenance. I made the appointment by calling their local number (never have luck getting a convenie I returned to Toyota of Murfreesboro for my 55K maintenance. I made the appointment by calling their local number (never have luck getting a convenient time slot with their on-line scheduling, but a phone call works every time). It was a minor service but it was done well. At check-out the service representative explained all they did and the general state of all my major check points (brakes, tires, balance, filters, engine readings, alignment, etc). No surprises or add-ons He was friendly and efficient and when they returned my car to me, it had been nicely washed. Well Done. More

Purchasing without high pressure I was looking at two Lexus. I went to Toyota of Murf first and then to the other place. My wife and I sat in a parking lot and discussed our option I was looking at two Lexus. I went to Toyota of Murf first and then to the other place. My wife and I sat in a parking lot and discussed our options. We decided to buy from Toyota of Murf because we felt more comfortable purchasing from them although this one was about $2,000.00 more. We also liked the salesman "Z" more than the other salesman. Z took a lot of his time with us and really did a good job of explaining thing things to us. More
