Outstanding customer service! I called early on a Friday morning for my 10,000 mile service. They had no appointments open but was able to get me in as a walk in. I had a great salesman 1 year ago. I had my 15,000 service done for free and I had my drivers seat had a cracking and popping sound on my 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4. It was a minor service but it was done well. At check-out the service representative explained all they did and the general state of all my major check points (brakes, tires, balance, filters, engine readings, alignment, etc). Purchasing without high pressure I was looking at two Lexus. I went to Toyota of Murf first and then to the other place.
