They also stayed after hours to ensure our loan and vehicle instruction was complete as we had preplanned dinner plans. Did I mention we also had a sleepy toddler with us the entire time? We were in the market for a new or sparingly used car. We searched the internet for three weeks for a well priced Highlander XLE without much luck. That is until we came across a listing for a2019 HL XLE in Murfreesboro Tennessee. While surfing we found Mike Davenport on YouTube and he recommended this Dealer Rate site. Thank You “Chevy Dude”! We found our dream car at a good price (thousands below MSRP). So, we called the dealership. Emily Duncan answered the phone and we asked for Gus Gustafson or “Tosh” (based on dealerrate.com comments) who were both at lunch. Emily asked if she could help and we told her we were interested in a certain vehicle. Emily advised that the car was available and $500.00 less than the advertised price. So, we drove the 200 miles to Murfreesboro (well worth the drive). Emily was a sweetheart – no high pressure tactics at all. When it came time to value our trade (late model, low mileage vehicle), she even worked out yet another $500.00 in value for us. Overall, an excellent deal. She then took us to Daniel Voloshenko in Finance. This is the part most car buyers dread. But again, there was no pressure to be found. Daniel covered the various programs and processes available and gave us time to think/talk about it. The entire process was quick and without much bloodshed or white knuckles. Incidentally, our trade was sold the very next day! Everyone at the dealership, particularly Jonathan DeBerry, was eager to help, asking if we wanted a snack or something to drink. This is a fabulous dealership to work with – a car buyers dream. We will defiantly be back. More

"Safety Recall Service" I was pleased with the service that they have done for my car "Prius 2013". The person who worked on my car named Josh Pope. My husband asked Josh how I was pleased with the service that they have done for my car "Prius 2013". The person who worked on my car named Josh Pope. My husband asked Josh how long will it take to fix the safety recall before we brought my car and Josh said about two hours and he has done what he said. Josh took his time to make sure my car will be safe enough to drive. Josh communicate clearly with my husband and make sure that my husband understood what Josh was talking about. This is the kind of employee we need to keep because they really do marvelous or exceptional when it comes to taking care of customers. I would recommend Toyota of Murfreesboro to anybody when it comes to buying cars or good service. Good job Guys and keep up the good work. More

I opted to drop the van off the night before our 8:45AM appointment and was pleasantly surprised when Jasmine called prior to that time to ask if I had thought of anything else that should be included on the list of things to be checked out.
