Great Customer Service I have a 2018 Rav 4 XLE. It has low mileage as I am in Murfreesboro about 3 months of the year. They reminded me that it was time for routine mainte I have a 2018 Rav 4 XLE. It has low mileage as I am in Murfreesboro about 3 months of the year. They reminded me that it was time for routine maintenance. Once I got into town, I scheduled service online. I was great at my car by a service rep, gave him my keys and went to waiting area. Less than hour later the car was ready and also washed. Paul Smith (Asst. Service Mgr.) explained what had been done and reviewed the results of the multi-point inspection. Quick & efficient! More
MATT BREAUX IS THE WAY TO GO!!! I had been to a Nashville dealership and had THE WORST experience that scarred me....I had begun the search again through Google and recommendations. I had been to a Nashville dealership and had THE WORST experience that scarred me....I had begun the search again through Google and recommendations. I found THE CAR with every bell and whistle that my husband said I would not find in one car!!! I called before heading to the dealership to make sure the price wasn't too good to be true, and I was connected with Matt Breaux! He was a breath of kind, reassuring fresh air!!! I explained that I had a bad experience in Nashville as well as with another dealership and that I only wanted to come and look and test drive the car. He did not pressure me whatsoever and was more than willing to assist me. When my husband and I arrived, we pulled in and the car was already started and ready for a test drive!!! We walked in and Matt went over features, pricing, etc. before the drive. We then did a walk around of the car with the Car Fax in hand. He answered every question (big and small) that my husband and I asked! The test drive was great!!! I wanted to drive it in the city and on the highway (which Matt encouraged), and it went great!!! When we arrived back at the dealership, we got down to business, and we were still within my budget. The process was by far the quickest and most painless process I have ever been through while buying a car. Matt kept me informed every step of the way! If I ever buy another car, i will definitely be stopping in at Toyota of Murfreesboro and asking for Matt!!! More

It’s always a pleasure for that very reason and no question is to silly to ask. GUS in sales is the same. He’s not a salesman, he’s become family. We’ve owned two Toyotas and while on a search for my daughter she fell in love with a six month old JEEP Compass Trailhawk. With GUS and OMAR the MGR we made this happen. GUS secured the deal and OMAR and I finalized it: he’s s very worthy opponent and a true pleasure to work with. Again...family. They put a bow on it and we surprised my 22 yr old! GUS made sure she knew every bell and whistle on her new JEEP before she could leave. Then on to sweet Ashley in finance. This is one smart cookie and someone I greatly admire for many reasons. She is awesome at what she does and we got a better rate than I did two years ago on my suv! She made s very tiring process enjoyable for both of us AND with a smile on her face the whole time. She addressed my daughter since this is her suv and it was a great first time buying experience she will never forget! Then enter ANDY dealership owner. He came out to congratulate my daughter and hug her as well as myself. He knew we’d been looking for a year. I just don’t know too many owners who would leave their office for a kid’s suv. But ANDY did. It was truly a five star experience from start to finish! 😍😍 More
