"Safety Recall Service" I was pleased with the service that they have done for my car "Prius 2013". The person who worked on my car named Josh Pope. My husband asked Josh how I was pleased with the service that they have done for my car "Prius 2013". The person who worked on my car named Josh Pope. My husband asked Josh how long will it take to fix the safety recall before we brought my car and Josh said about two hours and he has done what he said. Josh took his time to make sure my car will be safe enough to drive. Josh communicate clearly with my husband and make sure that my husband understood what Josh was talking about. This is the kind of employee we need to keep because they really do marvelous or exceptional when it comes to taking care of customers. I would recommend Toyota of Murfreesboro to anybody when it comes to buying cars or good service. Good job Guys and keep up the good work. More

Drake was the gentleman who helped me, he was very informative, friendly and got me in and out in no time. My vehicle is running great again and at a VERY reasonable price! 50k maintenance check and air bag recall -1/25/19 Many thanks to Jasmine and his team for another great job servicing my 2012 Sienna which also included a re-check of a minor leak from the timing cove Many thanks to Jasmine and his team for another great job servicing my 2012 Sienna which also included a re-check of a minor leak from the timing cover discovered during the 45k maintenance check on 7/27/18. I opted to drop the van off the night before our 8:45AM appointment and was pleasantly surprised when Jasmine called prior to that time to ask if I had thought of anything else that should be included on the list of things to be checked out. Bad experience My check engine light came on in december, i brought my less than 2 yr old (23000 miles) rav4 in and they toldme it was a broken switch, they would or My check engine light came on in december, i brought my less than 2 yr old (23000 miles) rav4 in and they toldme it was a broken switch, they would order the part and i could get it the next day. It was fine, no charge, until the next day when the light came back on. I called and talked to the service dept who told me to ask for paul and he would sqeeze me in that afternoon. I drove all the way up there from nashville so they could make me wait 45 minutes and tell me to bring it back the next day. I dropped it off the next day and was told that they would make sure i had a ride to work that evening. At 130 i called, they couldnt tell me anything. They called back about 230 to tell me the car wouldnt be ready till the next day, the problem was caused because of a spill on the gearshift that somehow leaked onto a transmission switch, it wouldnt be covered under warrenty and would be $1170. I told him i wanted to see pictures.. I asked for a rental and the guy said they didnt have any, so im stuck with no way to work. The next day they didnt call till 3 in the afternoon to tell me i could pick up my car,, i was already on my way to work so couldnt get it that day. i go in friday morning to get my car, the tech shows me a picture of my console with some geass clippings but no liquid spill. I dont know about cars so i cant argue with him, i paid after he pointed out the $20 discout 🙄 on a repair that should have been covered by warrenty. When i get in my car i see the console still has grass trimmings on it...if that was the problem why didnt they take the time to clean it? You had my car 2 days and couldnt run it thru the wash? So dissapointed, i wont trust a dealership again. More
