I went to Toyota of Murfreesboro with an appointment on a Saturday morning. All I needed was a software update for my Entune to try to solve connectivity issues. I got there and didn’t know where to go so I Saturday morning. All I needed was a software update for my Entune to try to solve connectivity issues. I got there and didn’t know where to go so I parked and went into ask. No one even acknowledged me. I found a cashier counter and asked about the appointment. They told me to get my car in line in the service area. I was directed into the garage and parked and waited about 10 minutes until an associate gets in the truck parked I front of me and proceeds to back up almost into me until I laid on my horn to get his attention. I got no apology from him, only an eye roll. I was then approached by another associate at my window who started my ticket, was reluctant to do so, he did apologize and said the service would be comped. He said the time would be about 1 hour, I re wives a text when the ticket was entered that said if I had questions to just text that number, I did after over an hour and a half. I waited another 45 minutes and went to ask about the time. I was then told it was being washed and would be ready. The “car wash” was a hose off. I will not go back there. Did not feel valued as a customer I would rather drive the extra miles to another dealer next time. More
