I have already talked to two managers who made it clear they were not going to take care of their mistake and place the blame on myself. You all have my contact. Charleen and Matthew both know about this matter and have denied taking care of it.

I am sorry that you are upset regarding the interest rates. Unfortunately, there is no rate at 2 % like you were hoping for. We strive to get the best rate possible for our customers. We didn't offer 5.9% because we couldn't get that. We did let you know that you could bring us a check from your lending institution.
