I made a offer on one of there vehicals, they called me back and accepted my offer. The next day I had my credit union call them to setup the information for my loan. After several hours of not hearing fro back and accepted my offer. The next day I had my credit union call them to setup the information for my loan. After several hours of not hearing from the dealership, they finally called and said they could not sell me the car for the agreed price because they would loose money. I spoke with Thomas Bruce and ask him if he was going to keep his word and sell me the car for the agreed price and he said I'm not going to loose money. A person is as only good as there word, so you be the judge if you want to do business with people like this. More

After the oil change I parked it in the garage and went to work 12 hours the next day. I came out to parking garage, I found breakage by gear shift, I called the service manager, took a picture and then brought it in to the dealership. After talking to more than one manager, they are denying any responsibility for this damage. They say that they don't use any chemicals that could possibly do this damage. I just wish they would own this accident that happened while my 4 runner was in their possession. Looking at all their very poor reviews now, should have told me how much they care to make things right. I am glad the managers, Charleen and Matt, can live with knowing they lied about the chemicals that are used in the service department that could accidentally do damage like this to my new car that just had its first oil change with them. Accidents happen and I wish they would have just owned it. I did not wait a week or months. I contacted them as soon as I saw this chemical spill break down in the area by my gear shift, less than 36 hours after I left the dealership. I felt like I was asking for a new heart on behalf of one of my patients at work. Deny, Deny, Deny is their motto. Save yourself the energy and never using this place. More

About to walk, finance lady comes back moments later 8.7%apr. began to exit, when Manager approaches and offers 5.9%apr. Why wasn’t 5.9% offered up front because if they can get the buyer to pay 10% that’s more money in their pocket. Do not like dishonest people! And now after contacting them to return my registration from my car that they took, I still haven’t received it via email More

We were worried about bringing our three children under 3 into the dealership but everyone was extremely kind and accommodating! At one point my daughter asked for a bandaid and out of nowhere Will, the finance professional working with us, whipped out a pack of Toyota bandaids. Made my daughter’s day! I will absolutely work with Matthew again. I even took some of his business cards to hand out. More

Terrible customer service. No documentation to back any service recommendations. Just your word vs theirs. Purchased a 2014 XLE Highlander w/ 72k miles from a local dealer (non-Toyota) roughly 5 weeks prior to bringing it in on 2/3/24. Still got stuck with the $180 inspection charge even though I said it’s leaking. They state they found “other safety issues”. Again, no documentation to back up the claims. Takes 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. They left it in the rain for 1/2 a day with torrential rain. I schedule a time and I came by to inspect my vehicle with the tech (no show that day) and caught my vehicle soaked and water inside. Got my vehicle back 3 weeks later. Repairs were made to my vehicle before I gave authorization because I asked to see the sunroof assembly tested prior to replacement. No call that work had began. Mike, the service director sent me a email with a video, but I wanted to see in person, no call or text. I get my vehicle back. No one inspects it prior to me taking it. I get it home and go to inspect and the middle row driver side seat is covered in mold (I have pictures) (pregnant wife drove it home. I leave a message with the general manager. No body is ever in their office, no one returns calls. This was my second VM with the manager. File claim with Toyota corporate and no one calls back in the 2-3 business day xx they give you (2nd claim with them). I take the old assembly home and can’t get it to leak. Finally does when I tip it back (it leaks through the groove for the belt the moves the glass) which is not a “crack” because that’s the design. The tape for the seal in the rear of the assembly still had the plastic over the double sided tape which indicates it wasn’t sealed properly from the factory. Service bulletins from 2015 indicate there were multiple issues with the pano sunroofs. Called Mike, he doesn’t want to hear my explanation and stands by their recommendation. I have had to abate my car for the mold. And on 3/5/24 the leak has returned! Rain all day and over 1/4”+ of water in the rear. Both left and right headliner above rear side glass is soaked. I can see the water this time because the interior is gutted. I sealed the sunroof and sprayed the car (rain style) with the garden hose and no leaks. I have all video proof. Don’t trust this dealership! Beware! Unprofessional! No communication! Be prepared to leave VM’s left and right. No one’s in the office. Stories don’t add up! No follow up from mangers on leaving my car outside. Nothing! Do your own research and get second opinions. Don’t make a 4K dollar mistake to not fix the issue. More

Toyota makes a fine product however the corporation needs seriously to get new owner for this dealership if it is to maintain the quality product and customer service that built Toyota in the US. More
