Unfortunately this is the only way I receive a call back from the service department of the dealership. I understand you wanted to speak to me about my last review; I’ve called twice asking to speak directl from the service department of the dealership. I understand you wanted to speak to me about my last review; I’ve called twice asking to speak directly to the gentleman who’s left me the message, he’s been out both times. The second time I asked to speak to the man in charge of the man who left the message, I was transferred and waited. I was then rang back to the woman who answers each time I ask to speak to the supervisor of the service department, she has always been pleasant and tries to assist. He was in a zoom call and asked to take my name, number, and said he’d call me right back after the zoom call. I did not receive a call back. This was Thursday. I will be taking time off of work this week to take my jeep to Gaddis and pray whatever they find wrong with it is covered with Toyota considering I just purchased it through them. More
I have bought four vehicles from Toyota of Muncie. All cars have been great, except this past one. I hate to say nay things, but the treatment I received today was unacceptable. I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am to just have something looked at. 2 hours later, after not asking a single update, I asked how long because I had my sons birthday party and this man snapped at me saying they only had two employees working the desk and he could only work as fast as the mechanics when my car had been sitting in front of him finished with what they could complete same day, due to waiting on parts and pricing. I said oh I just got this vehicle three weeks ago I will not be paying anything, and again snapped in a nasty tone “well I never said you were” and I didn’t speak another word to this man til I left when I said thank you. I would not suggest their servicing department. Their mechanics have been “fixing” the oil issue on this vehicle since I bought it, three separate occasions now and STILL have not fully completed fixing the issue…I just bought the vehicle, Toyota. Come on. More

The service is excellent! I have two older Toyotas that I get serviced. So far, I have had Rachael and Jimmy help me, and they are great. Our experience with the sales and financing departments was AMAZING!!! That being said, we have had to deal with the service department twice since we purchased our Tacoma, once to fix the horn, which we w was AMAZING!!! That being said, we have had to deal with the service department twice since we purchased our Tacoma, once to fix the horn, which we were aware needed fixed when we purchased the truck and a second time to have a new smart key programmed to the truck, because the original one fell off and was now missing and only one came with the truck when we purchased it. Every time we have had to deal with the service department we receive either incorrect information, not all required information, which then causes delays in getting things taken care of. My most recent encounter with the service department, I received multiple price quotes, procedure requirements, required documents, and explanations of what was needed to get a new smart key for my Tacoma, I was not told initially that I needed to have the truck towed to the dealership (which caused a day’s delay in getting the smart key programmed, and then finally, when I went to pick the truck up after having the new smart key programmed, when I pulled into the dealership lot, my Tacoma, was not even parked in a parking spot. It was literally parked in the middle of no where, near the entrance, to where if someone pulled into the lot and was not paying attention, could have easily hit the back end or the bed of the truck. Needless to say, in the future, I will not taking my truck to this Toyota service department for any type of service or repair, I will be taking it to a different Toyota dealership for maintenance. Bottom line, sales and financing department - AMAZING!!! I would recommend for purchasing. Service Department - NOT so amazing!!! I would NOT take my vehicle here for service. More

We had been looking for a Tundra and had gotten frustrated of the runaround at other dealerships. We decided to look through Costco's car buying program. It connected us with Devin of Muncie Toyota. It was such and easy process. He was extremely responsive, gave us numerous options to choose from... at unbelievable prices. It was so great not to have to go through the negotiations that you normally do. We had done our research, we knew what we should have to pay. Working with Devin was the best car buying experience that we had ever had. We will be back in the future. The only downside was that it was far from home, but Devin did all his work over the phone and text with us, that we just had to go there to pick it up. It was worth the drive! More
