I was very motivated for a certain car. I went to test drive, and purchased that evening. Scott was very friendly and listened to my concerns with the used vehicle and lowered the price. There are no dealer markups or inflation adjustments as of April 2023. Alex in the finance department was also very friendly and helpful. Financing was very transparent. Alex showed me all of the different banks with the APR I qualified for, and was able to get me the lowest rate for my term, and even showed how changing the term impacted the total interest paid. The dealership closed at 7:00; we showed up at 5:30 and left at 7:15. They were nice enough to allow my dad to leave his vehicle while we grabbed dinner in mine. I live in Greenwood, and even thoug there are 8 car dealerships 2 miles from my house, I will take the hour trip, and be doing all of my car buying with the great people at Toyota of Muncie. More
