So I have been to several dealers. In fact I had been to this dealership before. I feel as though I need a sales man who is going to give me the facts and not lie to me. I bought my first used car from Geof this dealership before. I feel as though I need a sales man who is going to give me the facts and not lie to me. I have had nothing, but good things say about this dealership. Everyone here makes life that much easier. For instance I live in Indianapolis now and I still continue to come back to Muncie just to get my service done here. Geoff Cook has made a commitment to great service and has been the face of Toyota in every way imaginable. After the ice and snow storm of January '11 our car, a 2000 Ford Taurus, had a fuse light out in the car, the windows would not work, and the windshield wipers would not turn on. I was treated as a welcomed customer by Reddie, who took the time to find out my needs and my desires for a new truck. when we determined i was unable to purchase a new 2010 model, he immediately went to wo the time to find out my needs and my desires for a new truck. when we determined i was unable to purchase a new 2010 model, he immediately went to work in finding me a previously owned Tundra that met my needs and my pocket book. He did not try to force the issue, but let me make up my own mind and was there to answer any questions. I really like the "laid back" atmosphere. No fuss, no muss buying. After purchasing a yaris from Toyota of Muncie, signing the contract and having the vehicle for 2 days they called me to say there was a computer glitch and they forgot to charge me sales tax. Now they wan the contract and having the vehicle for 2 days they called me to say there was a computer glitch and they forgot to charge me sales tax. Now they want me to pay an additional $1700.00 on top of the purchase price or return my vehicle. I since then spoken to 3 finance managers at other dealerships in Indianapolis who told me it is a sale scam to suck more money out of me. More
