Mike did a great job of getting me the best financing-even better than what I was pre-approved for with my initial lender choice. He also made sure I knew how to contact Toyota if I had problem out of state. David made sure I knew how to operate the features. I didn't get the name of the receptionist but she was so sweet and friendly. All in all, I was made to feel as though I was a person and not just a dollar sign. More
