An overdue review for a great experience with Jake in service. While out of town I purchased a used car off a family member and brought in my 2017 RAV to be looked over prior to the drive to VA. Jake was very communicative on all needs and the time it took to push me out was amazing! I’m not used to this speed at my home dealer. The dealership itself is also very pleasant to wait. They have a few vintage cars in the lobby. Also a.new customer cannot overlook all the corporate awards they have received year after year. They are displayed prominently in the lobby.Every staff I came into contact with smiled and made sure I was being taken care of. Muncie has a gem for sure in their Toyota dealer. I wish I lived in state just to be a regular customer. Thank you for your passion to serve every customer, not just local. More

My initial contact salesman was more than willing to help and answer any questions. Can’t say enough good things about him. However, he was very busy that day so we were left waiting to finish the deal. T and answer any questions. Can’t say enough good things about him. There were many other sales people standing around but none offered assistance to help our sales person until I went to one and asked if they could help. At that point he did help us while the original salesman worked with other people that were waiting. He did come by and apologize several times but he was doing what he could. Overall, the deal was made (they did lower their price to an amount we wanted) so we are satisfied. We would recommend this dealership to others and return here if they have are vehicle we are interested in. More
