DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It happened just as I feared. On January 29, 2024 I purchased a 2018 Lexus LS from Toyota of Mt. Pleasant. The buying experience was normal until t It happened just as I feared. On January 29, 2024 I purchased a 2018 Lexus LS from Toyota of Mt. Pleasant. The buying experience was normal until the purchase was made and fours days after the purchase I discovered a cracked in the glass on the back passenger side door. When I called them about it, even sent pictures of the car on their lot with the crack in the glass pre-purchase (I just happened to take pictures of the car on the lot before I bought it but didn’t notice the cracked glass until after I reviewed the pictures after the purchase) I sent the picture to Luis my salesman and attempted to call the manager Jon MCCain but no response from either. When I finally did hear from my salesman, three days later (who claimed to have been so busy he hadn’t had time to return my call or text). After that they avoided me for an entire week and then when I finally got a call back from my salesman he/they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I had been wary about doing business with them for their lack of professionalism and the overall unease I felt during the buying transaction but now my concerns have been confirmed - this dealership provides zero service after the sale, rehearsed excuses from both sales persons and management involved and an overall total disregard for customer satisfaction. SAVE YOURSELF SOME DISAPPOINTMENT- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
