Terrible customer service and business practices. I called on a Tuesday to ask about 2 cars they have on their website, but not their lot. I asked if they could get them on the lot by Saturday. I was told yes. that did not happen. when we arrived we were told that policy states they won't bring cars to their lot unless papers are getting ready to be signed, but who buys a used car without driving it first? After what seemed like an honest apology from Chris, we stayed to look at what they had on the lot. I asked about warranties and was told they offered VSCs and that the finance guy, Rowdy, would give us our options and explain everything. He did not give us any options or explain a single thing. Despite my finances perfect credit, my car was given a 17.99 interest rate. (we bought 2 cars that day) my fiance's car got an 8% interest rate. I was shocked to see those numbers after my own previous experiences with financing cars. We were told the interest was so high because we bought used cars. Later on we were told if we had bought new cars three interest would have been low and the total price most likely would have been cheaper than buying new cars. we were told this AFTER papers were signed. We requested for the VSCs to be cancelled after finding a better, cheaper option from an outside source. They tried to make it as difficult as possible, and gave us the runaround for weeks. I was told before buying my car that a coolant issue had been previously fixed, but my car overheated within 48 hours of buying it. They did fix that and it is fine now, but it is still frustrating and stressful to deal with when you have 3 kids and you're stuck in the side of the road. We drove an hour for an overall unpleasant experience. I do not recommend them at all and will never buy from them again. More
