An oil change appointment shouldn’t take 3 hours. I’ve been to other Toyota service centers and have never waited that long. The waiting room is also not as nice as others. Jon the service advisor was not very knowledgeable about how to serve a customer with a warranty. He insisted on me not having a warranty for my 2024 vehicle and that I would have to pay for the service. Af how to serve a customer with a warranty. He needs training on building trusting relationships with customers. Also, the wait time is ridiculous!😡 More
