Excellent, knowledgeable, prompt service. I come in from 200 miles away to visit family and use this dealer for my 4Runner maintenance whenever I can. They are the best. James has assisted me several times and does a fantastic job keeping me updated as well as making sure my vehicle is properly serviced. Rochelle has made several of my appts and makes certain I'm scheduled correctly. The personal touch this service department provides can't be beat. Love them! More

Toyota of Midland opened the gates exactly on time. I was taken care of by a very kind, professional. She offered me a ride to work also added on an inspection which was not scheduled for. My car was ready w taken care of by a very kind, professional. She offered me a ride to work also added on an inspection which was not scheduled for. My car was ready when promised, everything was gone over with me. This is normal of their service. I have had 3 other appointments and each one was perfect. Great customer service. I recommend this dealership & Toyota vehicles to any I know who are looking for a great vehicle & wants great customer service. More
