i got 22 black tundra , the took off my truck bed cover and destroy by they drilled the hole all on bed cover, they said that recall , told me wait for toyota give me new one , i wait and wait 6 months i c and destroy by they drilled the hole all on bed cover, they said that recall , told me wait for toyota give me new one , i wait and wait 6 months i came back asked them the maneger said she dint know when they give me new one, give me the phone number tell me call toyota , i was called that number it’s toyota that phone number for AAA , they xxxxing bulxxxx, i will come back talk to them again , every day i go work i had bring all my stuff in my truck and drive all the way to work no stop , bc if i stop by for buy some thing maybe i lost my stuff on my truck bed , then after work drive all the way to home bring all the stuff in my garage , then go buy any thing i need , now 8 months live like that , toyota midland that not they money they dont care , if every one do like that to them how they feel , bad service bad dealer ! More

I needed an oil change and it seems like I’m aways too busy to do that. Today I was driving by the Toyota dealership on my way home. I stopped and asked how long it would take. They said 25 minutes a were busy to do that. Today I was driving by the Toyota dealership on my way home. I stopped and asked how long it would take. They said 25 minutes a were done in 15. The price was a little lower than the lube shops around town. The guys in the shop checked brakes, tires, etc. everything is good. More

Friendly Sales and Service Advisors Service tickets often are not completed ie Oil Changes and Tire Rotations…next service is not posted on sticker, tires are not inflated properly, computers not reset for n are not completed ie Oil Changes and Tire Rotations…next service is not posted on sticker, tires are not inflated properly, computers not reset for next service indication, etc…Small things not addressed in overall service visits.
