I arrived an 50 minutes to soon and everyone was on the ball. It was busy as anticipated, hence the reason I arrived early. Everyone was pleasant to work with. “Glen” was my service representative. Sorry I didn’t catch the last name. Great! Cheerful Courteous attitude with a smile and personality to match. Looking forward to the next service. Very professional with a since of “at home “ feel. Bad Customer service, dishonest business Turns out Toyota of Midland will fix water damaged vehicles and not report that these very vehicles had prior damage. I am the unfortunate victim of s Turns out Toyota of Midland will fix water damaged vehicles and not report that these very vehicles had prior damage. I am the unfortunate victim of such facts and now own a car that had a $19k fix done to it due to water damage that was not reported either from Toyota of Midland nor Allstate the insurer of the vehicle. Buyers beware, you can sell a water damaged vehicle in Texas but disclosure of said fact has to be made. I have all paperwork and documents to support all facts and will make sure as many people know about the sad and dishonesty herein. More
