This dealership is great as for as sales goes. But service dept. For oil changes sucks! You have to beg for them to change it. This is on a 5 year Camry. We have bought 7 vehicles from them. I’m a returning customer. Today’s visit was not successful. I’m a returning customer. Today’s visit was for scheduled maintenance. This visit, as with other appointments, was how service should be at any dealer I’m a returning customer. Today’s visit was for scheduled maintenance. This visit, as with other appointments, was how service should be at any dealership. I was meet promptly when I arrived, with pleasant and efficient conversation. I explained the nature of my business. I also asked about 2 different situations I was having with this vehicle. I was given proper reassurance both problems would be looked at. I was informed an approximate time for all service, after I had left my vehicle. When service was done, and my 2 issues were looked into, I was given verbal and written info as to their solutions. Everything was either done, or looked into, or parts ordered to accomplish the services needed for my vehicle. The amenities at the store were also very good. I’m very pleased with my dealings at a Toyota of a Midland. Upon further review - I also wanted reprogramming to my system to Apple CarPlay. I was assured it could be done. After waiting another 2 hours, I was told the reprogramming could not be achieved. I contacted a Toyota headquarters, and I was told, with the VIN I provided, that my vehicle was indeed capable of being upgraded with Apple CarPlay. I scheduled an appointment with the Odessa Toyota dealership and they successfully uploaded the programming More

They do a great job of getting my vehicle in and out. I have been using them over 2 years now. They have me out in under a hour most times for an oil change. I swapped vehicles to a non Toyota. Mr. Rayos made an unnecessary and unprofessional comment when I asked if toyota had complimentary car washes for vehicles with service plans and he replied “Mrs. Salcedo, no don’t I also have a hard time wa when I asked if toyota had complimentary car washes for vehicles with service plans and he replied “Mrs. Salcedo, no don’t I also have a hard time washing my car” I was just asking a question Making me feel as if my question was stupid or something. He also made unnecessary comments when I took my Sequoia and had not had it serviced in a while... I just did not appreciate the way he replied and do not want him to take care of when I take my cars for service. Very unprofessional!!! More
