Made an appointment for a recall. Dropped the vehicle off and got a call a few minutes later trying to add other service. I declined. 30 minutes later got a call that the part for the recall will have to be and got a call a few minutes later trying to add other service. I declined. 30 minutes later got a call that the part for the recall will have to be ordered and usually takes a few days. Why didn’t they order it when the appointment was made? Now I have to go back and pick up the vehicle and wait for another appointment. Waste of time. More
