They forgot to tie battery down, took all the stuff out of the glove box and just threw it in the back seat and they didn’t hook the window washer hose back up. Customer service was the best. My new tire had a flat and was still under warranty. They had to order the tire. When the tire came in, I was called and I went and got it changed over to a new tire. Very impressed with Lupe Rayos, Assistant service Manager. He was diligent in answering our warranty question related to previous repair to the XREAS system. Also, kept me informed by phone and text Manager. He was diligent in answering our warranty question related to previous repair to the XREAS system. I bought my Toyota in another state, but I use Toyota of Midland for service because since 2010 they have serviced my Mom's Prius. They are fair, efficient, and friendly. I drive two hours to take my new Midland for service because since 2010 they have serviced my Mom's Prius. They are fair, efficient, and friendly. I drive two hours to take my new 2020 Highlander to them when there are other dealers closer to my home. Nowadays having a dealer that has proven to be trustworthy is paramount to me. More
