the dashboard light for maintenance service had been on for weeks and I trusted its accuracy telling me it was time for an oil change. But the service rep Andrew caught that i have another 5,000 miles bef for weeks and I trusted its accuracy telling me it was time for an oil change. Brought my Four Runner in because there was a recall on the fuel pump. Lupe in the service department helped me out and got everything taking care of for me. They forgot to tie battery down, took all the stuff out of the glove box and just threw it in the back seat and they didn’t hook the window washer hose back up. Customer service was the best. My new tire had a flat and was still under warranty. They had to order the tire. When the tire came in, I was called and I went and got it changed over to a new tire. Very impressed with Lupe Rayos, Assistant service Manager. He was diligent in answering our warranty question related to previous repair to the XREAS system.
