I have never had such a terrible experience at a dealership, our company has had our vehicles serviced here for years, but this time we came in for an electrical issue they said they couldn’t find, dealership, our company has had our vehicles serviced here for years, but this time we came in for an electrical issue they said they couldn’t find, only to tell me a list of other problems they say they found. We pay to get those items fixed, leave without finding the original issue, drive to an Oriellys and within 5 minutes they are able to tell me what wrong with it. You would think a Toyota dealership would be able to tell you what’s wrong with your Toyota but apparently it takes a parts store employee instead of a certified Toyota mechanic to tell you what’s wrong. We will not be using Toyota of Midland again for service or vehicle purchase. More

Absolute swindlers. Master Toyota technician completely destroyed my brand new 2024 tundra. Put me and my family at risk by bot a brake line when a lift kit was put on T Master Toyota technician completely destroyed my brand new 2024 tundra. Put me and my family at risk by bot a brake line when a lift kit was put on Toyota OEM parts by a Toyota Master technician. Confronted the dealership and they put their heads in the sand had to get Toyota corporate involved for multiple issues with the botched install of the Lift kit which was put on before I purchased the vehicle brand new. After dealing with Toyota corporate for several months my truck was repaired. The case manager for Toyota and several other representatives, Toyota corporate, stated that Midland Toyota has multiple corporate complaints due to botched installs and countless other issues. Do yourself a favor and do not even give this dealership a second glance. With all the issues that Toyota is going through right now do you want a dealership that’s gonna work with you not one it’s gonna run away at the first sign of a problem. they’re only job at this dealership is to overcharge you for their vehicles and then they’re done with you. Absolutely disgusting customer service and accountability. More

The Service department staff, JD, Jacob's his twin brother along with Glenn are excellent service department members and always take care of me like I'm a VIP customer.
