The sales manager seemed mostly disconnected plus the owner walked by and didn't acknowledge our presence even though, at the time, we were the only customers at the dealership. Having been a sales manager, not related to this type of business, I tend to notice the attention received from mid and upper management. The one bright spot, however, was the attention and professionalism my wife and I received from our salesperson, Jordan LaFranca. Jordan clearly had our best interest at heart. Without presenting a hard sell approach, Jordan was a valuable resource, picking a car and color to meet our taste and budget. As a result, we ended up purchasing this very automobile. After our purchase, Jordan meticulously educated us on all the features our new car offered. When you're serious about purchasing a new or used Toyota from Toyota of Midland, ask to speak to Jordan. By the way, I am not related to Jordan nor a friend, having never met him prior to my visit. I'm just a satisfied customer. More

Unproffesional I negotiated the purchase if a vehicle from this dealership (Rudy) over the phone. I received the Buyers Order via email and provided my credit car I negotiated the purchase if a vehicle from this dealership (Rudy) over the phone. I received the Buyers Order via email and provided my credit cars for deposit as agreed. While on phone with finance (Jake) to finalize paperwork (no financing just contract), Jake placed me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back and spoke with Jake who informed me that they had just sold the truck and hung up. Salesman would not answer phone and sent me a text that said 'sorry...truck sold'. When I called back again the receptionist hung up on me. Most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with in 20 years. Buyer Beware... More

Above and beyound I just bought a Toyota Highlander XLE. Did not know how to work it and the salesmen came to my house, to show my wife and I. Cars listed on their website may not be on their lot... I visited this dealer to see a used car they had listed on their website. Upon arrival, the salesman informed us the car was actually located at a sis I visited this dealer to see a used car they had listed on their website. Upon arrival, the salesman informed us the car was actually located at a sister dealership in Amarillo. As it turns out, most of the cars listed on their website are actually located at sister locations. We drove 20 miles to see a car that was 200 miles away. More

Arnie Zarate, Jordan Lafranca and Phillip Gonzales have all gone out of their way to help make my experience the best. Terry Simmmers is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to seeing all of these guys when I bring my vehicle in for service. My wife and I have purchased seven vehicles here for our family. We have never been disappointed with how we are treated. The service department is top notch. The quality of their product is exceptional. I think of these guys as our Toyota family.
