Having been a sales manager, not related to this type of business, I tend to notice the attention received from mid and upper management. The one bright spot, however, was the attention and professionalism my wife and I received from our salesperson, Jordan LaFranca. Jordan clearly had our best interest at heart. Without presenting a hard sell approach, Jordan was a valuable resource, picking a car and color to meet our taste and budget. As a result, we ended up purchasing this very automobile. After our purchase, Jordan meticulously educated us on all the features our new car offered. When you're serious about purchasing a new or used Toyota from Toyota of Midland, ask to speak to Jordan. By the way, I am not related to Jordan nor a friend, having never met him prior to my visit. I'm just a satisfied customer. More

Cars listed on their website may not be on their lot... I visited this dealer to see a used car they had listed on their website. Upon arrival, the salesman informed us the car was actually located at a sis I visited this dealer to see a used car they had listed on their website. As it turns out, most of the cars listed on their website are actually located at sister locations. We drove 20 miles to see a car that was 200 miles away. More
