I will never recommend this dealership to nobody. This is the type of dealership that gives it’s Industry a horrible reputation. After giving the sales person, finance, and dealership a bad survey I never received not even an email let alone a phone call asking what went wrong or how they could fix it. They simply don’t care. I left the GM Michael F. Three voicemails and not even a bother to call back. The Sales person didn’t even bother to call me to let me know that my plates came in!! This place is a joke. Go to Lithia in Odessa and save yourself the headache. I’d give this place -5 Stars if I could. More
Bad Customer service, dishonest business Turns out Toyota of Midland will fix water damaged vehicles and not report that these very vehicles had prior damage. I am the unfortunate victim of s Turns out Toyota of Midland will fix water damaged vehicles and not report that these very vehicles had prior damage. I am the unfortunate victim of such facts and now own a car that had a $19k fix done to it due to water damage that was not reported either from Toyota of Midland nor Allstate the insurer of the vehicle. Buyers beware, you can sell a water damaged vehicle in Texas but disclosure of said fact has to be made. I have all paperwork and documents to support all facts and will make sure as many people know about the sad and dishonesty herein. More

Waste of time! Waste of money if you buy. . I came in Nov. 14. I talked to Victor I believe, he was ok, kinda stupid if the thought he was going to burn us the way he tried to but he gets a so . I know its not his fault, he is just a pawn working for your sales manager. He had to try. Well, we settled on a 2017 toyota tundra 1794 trim. You guys ran our credit, we qualified for the % 0.09 financing and your salesman goes to the back gets the offer and it's worse/higher than the sticker price. You can imagine how disappointed we were. After promising we could shave a little off, you guys raise the price on me during negotiations. That is a complete waste of my time. I know you can't appreciate what someone else's time worth , it's obvious by the way you handle your business. So here is the best part, your salesman gives me the offer sheet for the truck at $53995 after a $2000 "discount". Funny thing was the truck was already at $53,000. So I told him that would not work and I scratched out that price and I wrote $46,500, give me that and I sign that contract right there that instant. I would have even let you make money on the back end by buying your overpriced extended warranty and service package. That's $3,500 Right there. Then there is gap, and the step rails I bought and the low jack . I wanted that too. xxxx thats $4600 you would have made. Instead of being reasonable, your salesman laughed. He laughed...as if I was wasting his time. So I walked out your disrespectful business. The next day I drove to San Antonio and I bought the same tundra for $45,800. I got a good laugh out of that. your lying , disrespectful dealership tried to take me for an extra $7000. All I can say is the 5 hour drive to San Antonio was well worth it. BTW I'll prove every last word I said with pictures of the truck and contract and every form I signed. You will know I am not lying. Everyone will know it. You might think you got a bunch of stupid oil field workers you can push around and over charge just cause you can but I'm not one of them. Also, I'd be glad to hear your explanation or excuse for the way we were treated and/or the huge price difference between you and San Antonio. The closer of our car loan said to give Rudy a good rating on Toyota survey, which we have never received. I spoke with the general manager after receiving a letter with the incorrect e-maill, I called him to let him know that Rudy had not contacted me. The lettr asked if he had & said to call. A later conversation this man chewed me out, kept talking about giving them a bad review. I talked with Kevin Wilson, the dealership. No satisfaction. My husband & I were taken back by the very uncalled conversation of the general manager. I reported this to Toyota. I said general manager needed to be fired, or return any money made from the sale of my trade in and profirs on the purchase of ournew carbe refunded. Shamrful behavior. More
Slap in the face I am looking for a vehicle since mine went down. Talked to a sales person who i didnt ask for. So i went through a different finace company and told the sales guy this and told him that they charge dealer fees and so everything was processed and done all we had to do was come sign paperwork on Saturday. Get to midland and fixing to leave the bank when we started to head to the dealership the sales person calls and tells me after reassuring us since friday with him and the finace manager everything was good to go to get the call and tells me your going to have to pay the dealership fees. Okay so why reassure us then if you and your finace manager would listen i told the sales man continuesly. Tryed to contact the General Manager and still have not heard from him this company and General Manager are big jokes and i will take to social media about yall also. Thats how poor this company is for not standing behind their word to the customer. I also had to pay some one 60.00 for fuel. More
