Sales manager lied to me about a corporate policy, and when I called Toyota Corporate, they assured me that was not the policy. It is also a sad state of affairs when the corporate office is very familiar with Toyota of Midland because of the dissatisfied calls they are receiving. Toyota of Mildland is Dishonest, no customer support or service. I love my Toyota Vehicles, but will NEVER purchase from this dealership again and will make it well known to others that Buyer Beware. After giving the sales person, finance, and dealership a bad survey I never received not even an email let alone a phone call asking what went wrong or how they could fix it. They simply don’t care. I left the GM Michael F. Three voicemails and not even a bother to call back. The Sales person didn’t even bother to call me to let me know that my plates came in!! This place is a joke. Go to Lithia in Odessa and save yourself the headache. I’d give this place -5 Stars if I could. More
