Sales manager lied to me about a corporate policy, and when I called Toyota Corporate, they assured me that was not the policy. It is also a sad state of affairs when the corporate office is very familiar with Toyota of Midland because of the dissatisfied calls they are receiving. Toyota of Mildland is Dishonest, no customer support or service. I love my Toyota Vehicles, but will NEVER purchase from this dealership again and will make it well known to others that Buyer Beware. More
