Absolute swindlers. Master Toyota technician completely destroyed my brand new 2024 tundra. Confronted the dealership and they put their heads in the sand had to get Toyota corporate involved for multiple issues with the botched install of the Lift kit which was put on before I purchased the vehicle brand new. After dealing with Toyota corporate for several months my truck was repaired. The case manager for Toyota and several other representatives, Toyota corporate, stated that Midland Toyota has multiple corporate complaints due to botched installs and countless other issues. Do yourself a favor and do not even give this dealership a second glance. With all the issues that Toyota is going through right now do you want a dealership that’s gonna work with you not one it’s gonna run away at the first sign of a problem. they’re only job at this dealership is to overcharge you for their vehicles and then they’re done with you.
