I have been using Toyota of Melbourne for purchase and service of vehicles for about seven years but after I left the service department irritated and unsatisfied with the last three or four visits I am sorry to say that I no longer recommend Toyota of Melbourne for any kind of service. Beware - messed up my oil change Took my 2002 Sequoia in for an oil change on 1/20/18. Apparently the tech forgot to add oil after he drained it. When I noticed it was low, I added a quart and drove to a local repair shop (about 1.2 miles from my home) to have it checked. I was advised it was 4.5 quarts low. They could find no leaks. It's amazing that my engine didn’t blow up. Really wanted to get a few more years out of my car but now feel like I need to shop for a new car. It's hard to quantify how much damage was done but I'm sure the life of my motor has been significantly reduced due to their negligence. Probably would have been better off had it just blown up. Not happy...... More
Worst dealer repair I ever dealt with State Farm talked me into using this "preferred service " dealership. Took my infinity in for a $200 Crome insert they wrote a repair for $1200. Waite State Farm talked me into using this "preferred service " dealership. Took my infinity in for a $200 Crome insert they wrote a repair for $1200. Waited two months for the part only to find they ordered wrong part all I ever needed was the insert not a 6 foot body panel. They cry they cannot return the part and apparently State Farm is dumb enough to pay them anyway will I wait for the correct part. They are terrible at communicating and when they do they tell you just a couple more days. I have stopped taking their calls. I would NEVER use this dealership for anything and would certainly not buy any vehicle from them. More

Service Renee is the best ! She's friendly and always smiling when not running around she'll even make you laugh. She makes sure your in & out on a timely Renee is the best ! I have had all the service writers and after she helped me I will not work with any other. Paul the service tech is great as well but he's not on Renee's team anymore. Had to work with him in the past and had the truck in the shop previously for same issue and wasn't fixed when I took him for a ride in the truck he figured out the problem. More

Sevice technican "Outstanding" I have an older model Toyota Pick-up truck. Lots of rust because I work at Patrick AFB and the salt air from the ocean is terrible. Andrew, (I don't know his last name) is just Outstanding. He anticipates everything that my truck needs and is up front and honest in his cost estimates. I fully trust him and his judgment. He has never steered me wrong yet and I have been coming to this dealership a long time. One of the main reasons I come here is because of people like Andrew. You can't get a better service technician than him. Coming here to have work done on your car, you won't regret it. A great dealership. More

Customer Loyality at Southeast Toyota does not exsist I have pirchased no less then 6 cars from this dealer. I now own a 2013 Prius with a faulty keyless lock. It is under warranty and I have the delux ex I have pirchased no less then 6 cars from this dealer. I now own a 2013 Prius with a faulty keyless lock. It is under warranty and I have the delux extended insurance. The lock would randomly unlock itself. I had two thefts in the last four months ( GPS and iPod) without evidence of a breakin and the car was in fact locked when I lleft it and unlocked when I returned. This Randomly happened at least four times that I am aware. Many times I went to the car and it was unlocked making me think I did not lock it. However, I have had a keyless entry car for the last twenty uears: this is nothing new. After four visites to Southeast Toyota: they having my car for an entire week, they did nothing. They said they could not duplicate this issue so they did nothing. I am a loyal customer of over twenty years and they did nothing to protect me by clearing this issue. Do not be fooled: they have a "Toyota Rules" spin for everything attempting to deflect the responsibility to Toyota.Motors obsolving themselves of any liability, Their spin was amusing if not very insulting...I will never purchase anything from Southeast Toyota they have little interest in their loyal customers. . I caution all to beware of Southeast Toyota and consider other options. More
