All the questions I had asked of him he knew the answer except for one and got that answer within 2 minutes. I felt he was very honest and up front with me. After leasing 2 cars from this dealership I would say they are decent people. IHighly recommend them. More

I called Toyota of Melbourne to get a price quote, after I did an internet inquiry. The Dealership ran a Newspaper Ad on 11/27/10, 2 days after Thanksgiving, for a 2010 Corolla LE with A/C, Auto Trans., Pow I did an internet inquiry. The Dealership ran a Newspaper Ad on 11/27/10, 2 days after Thanksgiving, for a 2010 Corolla LE with A/C, Auto Trans., Power Windows/locks, Cruise, etc. for $13,800 (which was $17,735). I told Julio I was a serious Buyer that was going to buy TODAY, since I was in a different Dealership the day before looking at a different make of car. I wanted an Out-the-door price, and Julio was vague and said somewhere between $16,000-17,000, depending on the options on the vehicle. He said that he would have to look at the cars in stock to see which options they had. My expectation would be for Julio to look at the cars in stock with the fewest options to determine the lowest Out-the-door price, and work upwards. I already obtained Consumer Report's and other on-line pricing to determine the Bottom Line price for the car in this area (Central Florida). I never went into the Dealership since I figured they might try a B & S on me to get me into a higher-priced vehicle. I decided to go to Mike Erdman Toyota (Merritt Island), and bought my Corolla there ( at a great price) the same day, just like I said I would. Please see my review for that Dealership. More
I was trying to get my new car, obviously, even when I am woman, I made my homework very well to avoid someone taking advantage of me. I drove two hours from Kissimmee to Melbourne,he promessed to fill my gas tank in case I was not satisfied with the deal they can offer to me. After a couple minutes, explaining what I have with the other dealer, Joe went for his manager Mark. That was the worst part!! I was insulted for this manager, telling me " You are not that bright how you think you are" . He said that nobody can give me the deal that I had in my hands.Mark was very rude and insulting I stepped out of the dealer. It was a waste of my time and gas!!They never filled my gas thank how they said. Guess what ?? I got the car that I want with the numbers that fitted perfect in my budget!!!!I knew I could get it!not from them sadly but very good for me from Central Florida Toyota.They have an excellent customer service and I was treated with respect definitively I ll buy my next Toyota there. The dealership was easy to get to as it was right on US 1 in Melbourne. Everyone there was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was looking for a New Tundra. I met Jason Olson, a salesman,Manager. I told him of my needs and he worked with me on every detail over and over with " No pressure " and felt like a son to me. I am very happy with my 2010 Tundra and plan on buying with Toyota when the day comes that I want to trade in and buy new again. Jason was better then excellent with everything. Could not ask for a better man to deal with. All of this made my experience a pleasure and I tell anyone that asks to try Toyota of Melbourne first. More
Jason Olson was great to work with. he knew his product and went above and beyond on both locating the Tundra I wanted with the right options on it and on the price. he even arranged the purchase and inst and went above and beyond on both locating the Tundra I wanted with the right options on it and on the price. he even arranged the purchase and installation of aftermarket items I wanted (stainless step rails, grill, bull bar/brush guard, bedliner spray, and a Retrax cargo bed cover). So it was all done and ready for me when I picked it up. There was no hard sell and no negotiating games. I was direct about what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and Jason was direct with me. A great experience and I recommend Jason and the dealership to all. If the service-after-the-sale is as good, this should be a great dealer/owner relationship for years to come. More
