This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have presently had. I've bought alot of cars in my day, and dealt with a lot of salesmen. I have to say, Chad was a pleasure to do business with. Not only was he completely honest with us, as we were with him, but he wasn' of salesmen. I have to say, Chad was a pleasure to do business with. Not only was he completely honest with us, as we were with him, but he wasn't high pressure. He made us feel comfortable. (I told him he would have to make me a deal I couldn't refuse if he wanted to sell us a car.) He knew I was going to be tough, because I had an 04 Highlander limited in excellent condition, and was not easily going to part with it. After 7 yrs I still loved driving it. Going to the dealer was my husband's idea. We decided to test drive a Venza. I was very impressed, but it was black. I live in Florida, I don't drive black cars. I ended up purchasing a white blizzard pearl Venza loaded to the hilt! I got the price I wanted. We had been haggling over a price with his manager on a car they didn't have on the lot. We were there for 5 hrs, and not once did they lose their cool. I finally said, you give me a price and the fully loaded white one on your lot, and you have a sale. I was stunned at the price. I made the deal. I asked Chad why they were able to give me such a good deal on a better car. He said it was because they had it in stock and had more leverage in pricing. We were together so long after the purchase that we ended up ordering a pizza and having it sent to the dealership. We had a nice conversation over dinner. He told us about his family. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. More

Honest, straight forward, fair. He did everything he said he was going to and more. One of the nicest sales persons I have ever worked with. I made an appointment with Jim Hamara as a result of a mailing that stated 100% of the MSRP for my trade in. I was very happy with my 2006 Prius, but was curious how they could offer that much for a used mailing that stated 100% of the MSRP for my trade in. I was very happy with my 2006 Prius, but was curious how they could offer that much for a used car. My trade in (2006 Prius, 31711 total miles) is in good condition, except for the addition of a set of new tires. Also a scrape on the passenger door will require painting. Jim quickly pointed out what the letter had conveniently omitted. The trade in price would be the MSRP minus 30 cents per mile (approx. $12000). They then sent the evaluator out to look at my car and came back with an $8000 offer. I was shocked and said that I could do better with a straight trade in. I mention this because of the misleading statements in the letter (which I was skeptical about). That is why I marked down the Price Rating. It would be even lower if not for the efforts of Dave Weber. He made many trips to the "back office" on my behalf. Thanks again Dave. Now to the good experience and great relationship with both Dave Weber and Jim Hamara. Dave spent hours with me trying to make the best deal possible. After I had completed the paperwork, Jim spent about an hour with me explaining the operation of all of the new controls. I did not have the Navigation option on my 2006 Prius. Jim demonstrated an extremely detailed knowledge of all of the complex controls and setup including Bluetooth phone and audio. Many thanks to two unusual car salesmen. I would recommend both of these guys to anyone who asks me about my experience with Toyota of Melbourne. More
Jay was awesome. He was honest and got me a great deal. I needed a new car for work and Jay was sensitive to my needs. He was patient and not pushy with me. The sales rep was very knowledgable and very helpful. He stayed with us as long as we needed him, did not rush us, and was there when we picked up the car to make sure we had everything we needed.
