It was not easy getting a new FRS to the dealer grounds in 3 weeks, and Richard had to make special changes in the shipping. His skills and determination got me exactly the car I wanted. Not only that, but whenever he got a new update regarding shipping date, state of product and delievery ETA, he also gave me a phone call regarding every status of the car. I was extremely happy with this dealership. Tom greeted me when I arrived and was extremely attentive and took me right to the car I had inquired about.
