We regret that you are unhappy with your experience. The first time we were made aware of your concern was 3 months after the service was completed. You had sent us an email stating you took your vehicle to an outside facility and they had told you the oil was very low. That you did not come back here because the shop you took it to was closer to your home. We have no way of knowing the level of the oil, but when the vehicle left our shop it was full. As a favorable gesture, we invited you back in so we could check your compression and we replaced the worn spark plugs. The vehicle passed the compression test and we reimbursed you for the oil from the other facility. We acted in good faith and were hoping to resolve your concerns.
