Visited the dealership to buy a 2022 Rav4. After going thru the negotiation, we had an agreement, signed for the offer, and put a down payment to hold the car because it was in transit. Salesperson told us the worst part was done and once the car arrives, we just had to test drive it and sign the final documents. The car arrived on time, however, the sales manager told us that they couldn't keep the deal we already signed and insinuated that we lied about our personal information. Just apologies and even lost the registration of the car I was trying to trade in. He offer to pay for the duplicate but I have to take time from work to go to DMV and do all the process because they couldn't find my document. No phone call to follow up, nothing! Very disappointed on how they treated a long time Brevard Schools teacher. More
